PAYPAL may list the transaction under ‘333VINTST’, or it may be shortened to ‘BRINNOV333VINTST‘.
STRIPE may list the transaction on your statement as ‘333VINTST‘.
The shop accepts PayPal and credit cards (processed through PayPal) – you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account for credit cards. Just select the “PayPal” button at checkout, click “Pay,” then click the “Don’t Have a PayPal Account?” link to go to the credit card processing page.
Also, we process credit card transactions through Stripe.
TAX INFO:
Minnesota orders will have applicable sales tax included.

SHIPPING: *PLEASE DO NOT USE P.O. BOXES FOR SHIPMENT ADDRESSES.
We will ship out within 3-10 business days (see shipping chart below) of receiving payment to your address, unless specified (depending on product). For orders in the United States, items will usually arrive within 6-15 business days. Custom orders will typically take longer.
Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will have to charge for shipping again.
*Your items may come in multiple packages/shipments, depends on which warehouse it ships from.
We will let you know when your order ships out. Generally it will come by USPS First-Class, but if you would prefer Priority or Express Mail Service, please let us know and we’ll do our best (there may be an additional charge). Some Items are not available for faster shipping due to production time.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been dropped off/shipped via a shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc), 333 Vintage Street has no control over the package(s). 333 Vintage Street is not responsible for items delayed in the mail and will not offer a refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue related to shipping delays or any other issues due to the shipping service, please contact your local branch directly.
333 Vintage Street is not responsible for missing packages or packages delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error or the due to error of the shipping service. Please understand this before placing an order, missing packages happen rarely, but are not impossible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
***UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***: We are currently not shipping Internationally because of country &/or postal restrictions. Hopefully we will be able to open that up soon.
We just added Canada back for most items.
International orders are most welcome! You will be responsible for your countries custom fees. Orders will not be accepted as returns due to fees.
International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on customs.
PACKAGING:
Photos are unmatted & unframed.
Your prints are sealed inside a bubble wrap envelope or archival sleeve to protect against moisture, and put into a sturdy photo mailer. Larger prints are rolled and placed in a tube.
T-Shirts are packaged in a plastic sleeve.
Face Masks are packaged in a clear plastic bag within a mailer envelope.
SHIPPING CHART:
Time frames and pricing are subject to change. I will do my best to keep them as accurate as possible. The time frames below are for making the item/s, transit times after that are dependent on the shipping provider.
I will be adding some International shipping back in soon. *I am currently looking for a Canadian print fulfillment company so that shipping costs can be better. Currently they are fulfilled in my US studio.
